Offline Order Form

Hourglass Angel products can also be ordered through the mail with a money order or cashier's check. Please fill out the Offline Order Form, and mail it back to us with a money order or cashier's check. Please make the money order for the total amount of the products purchased and add an additional $10 for UPS ground shipping.
