Return/Exchange Policy

Hourglass Angel’s number one goal is to make our customers happy. Our 100% guarantee ensures that you can return unworn, unused items with all tags attached in the original packaging within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Merchandise that is exchanged or refunded must meet the requirements below. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used to make the purchase. The amount of the refund will be for the price of the product returned. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note that all purchases on closeout items are final and non-refundable. Please ensure that panties and undergarments are tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done.


Product return/exchange requirements:

  • Must be unworn
  • Must be unused
  • Must be unstained
  • Must be unwashed
  • Must have all tags attached
  • Must be returned in the original product packaging as it was received
  • Cannot smell of perfumes or smoke
  • Cannot have animal or pet hair
  • Items with latex cannot have stretch marks or permanent wrinkles
  • Must be returned in a original packaging to ensure a full credit is given.


How do I return/exchange a product?

To return an item please print and fill out the return form. Enclose the return form with a copy of your invoice and the product you wish to return. Returns must be received by Hourglass Angel within 30 days of the date you received your order. 10 days should be allowed for postage, so please ensure your return is posted within 14 days of receipt. Send your return via an insured, traceable method, and retain your shipping documentation so that you can make a claim with your carrier in the event of items being lost in transit. Who pays for return shipping?

Return postage is payable by you. However for exchanges Hourglass Angel will pay for shipping the exchange item back to you. Express shipping of replacements may be requested at the time of return and the difference will be charged to your card.


I received the wrong/a defective item.

If you receive a defective or incorrect product please contact 708-442-4533 to request a return slip. A return slip will be emailed to you at no cost to you.


How long does it take to process my return/exchange?

As soon as we've received your returned merchandise, we will process your request for either a refund or replacement as soon as possible. For returns please allow up to 14 days from receipt of your return for this to be done. Exchanges will be processed in 1-2 business days; you will be notified via email when your item leaves our location.

If you've requested a refund, replacements of a lower value than the returned goods, or no return instructions are specified, any refund due will be credited back to the card used to pay for the original order. We'll send an automated email confirmation once your refund has left us and is on its way back to your card. You may then need to allow up to a further five working days for your bank to process the credit to your account. (This delay is unfortunately outside of our control. Please refer to your bank's terms and conditions for further information on how long this may take).
