How do I choose the best shapewear or cincher for me?

There are a few steps to figuring out which shapewear or cincher is best for you:

1. Think about how you want to use the shapewear or product (everyday wear, for a dress up occasion, working out). Then you can decide how long you'll be wearing the product and with what clothes.

2. Look at the shapewear and cincher pictures to see which item would fit discreetly under your outfit.

3. Read the product descriptions of the items so that you know the functionality of each product: reduced waistline, raised bustline, slimmer hips, firmer and raised butt.

4. Order the product that best fits your needs.

I just had a baby. How long should I wait until I wear your products?

You can wear a cincher as soon as one week after giving birth. If you had a c-section, it is preferable to wait two weeks. Some situations may be different. Please consult a doctor for a professional opinion.

How can I pay for my orders?

You can pay with a debit or credit card. Your card will be charged within 5 business days of shipping your product. A second option is to order by phone Monday-Saturday, 9am to 6pm CST. Our phone number is 708-442-4533. You can also send a money order to the following address along with a filled out Offline Order Form:

Please make the money order for the total amount of the products purchased and add an additional $10 for UPS ground shipping. Your order will be shipped as soon as we receive payment.

How long does it take to receive my order?

If we have it in stock, it usually takes between 2 and 5 business days depending on how close you are from Chicago.

For ground shipping, please allow 2 to 5 business days to receive your order. We will ship the order the same day if we receive it on a business day before 1:30pm CST. You can get a more accurate shipping time by entering the 60546 zip code into the UPS ground map: click here for map.

If you ordered next day or second day delivery, your item will arrive either the next business day or the second business day after shipment. Please note that if you ordered after 1:30 CST, your order will not be shipped until the next business day.

What do I do if I want to make an exchange?

We will exchange shapewear or cinchers within 14 days of purchase. We only ask that you return the item unharmed, unused, and in the original condition in which it was received. For more information, please see our return/exchange policy page by clicking here.

I want to return my order. What can I do?

You can exchange your order for another product of equal or greater value. You can also return the item within 14 days of purchase for a full refund if the item is unharmed, unused, and in the original condition in which it was received (we cannot refund shipping). Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive and process your return. You can expect a refund within 30 days of when we receive your return. We'll credit or refund the value of the merchandise total. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase.

International Shipping (Outside of the USA)

Hourglass Angel has partnered with a trusted third-party company, iShopUSA to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply put any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the "international checkout" option. The items will automatically be transferred into an iShopUSA cart. You may pay with international credit cards, PayPal and bank wire transfers. iShopUSA will process your payment and guarantee delivery. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to iShopUSA Customer Service Department.
