Steel-boned corsets and high-compression faja corsets that reduce your waist 3 to 5 inches — our most dramatic waist training results. Flexible steel boning holds its shape all day. Available in cotton and latex with lace-up, fan-lacing, and hook-and-eye styles. New to corseting? Start with the HA202 Cotton Corset — breathable and comfortable enough for daily wear.
Corsets deliver results a standard waist trainer can't match. Where a latex waist trainer slims your waist 1–3 inches, a steel-boned or high-compression corset reduces 3–5 inches and holds that shape for hours. The flexible steel boning provides firm, structured compression that molds to your body.
HA202 Cotton Corset — Best for Beginners
Breathable cotton with flexible steel boning and a traditional lace-up back. Full-torso coverage with enough flexibility to wear for hours at a time. The best starting point if you've never worn a steel-boned corset before.
HA208 Fan-Lacing Corset — Easiest to Wear
Our most popular corset. The innovative fan-lacing system lets you adjust compression from the sides — no help needed, no contorting to reach the laces behind your back. Tighten to your comfort level for instant 3–5 inch reduction. Perfect for dresses, formalwear, and special events.
HA114 25-Bone Max Compression — For Experienced Waist Trainers
25 flexible steel bones deliver our most powerful compression. Built for experienced waist trainers who want dramatic results beyond what a standard corset provides. Combines waist trainer convenience with corset-grade structure. If you've worn corsets before and you're ready for the next level, this is it.
HA115 Triple-Hook Latex Corset — Best of Both Worlds
Combines a latex waist trainer's convenience with a corset's structure. Three columns of hook-and-eye closures give you corset-level compression without the lace-up time commitment. Great for daily wear when you want more than a standard waist trainer can deliver.
Waist Trainer or Corset?
A waist trainer (like the HA102) is best for everyday wear, beginners, and workouts — it slims 1–3 inches and slips on in seconds. A corset is built for dramatic results, special occasions, and experienced trainers — it slims 3–5 inches but takes longer to put on. Many of our customers own both: a waist trainer for daily wear and a corset for events. For a deeper comparison, see our Complete Guide to Corseting.
Corset Sizing
Corsets run small — always go up one size if you're between sizes. Measure your waist at the narrowest point. The hook-and-eye or lace-up closures give you room to size down as your waist shrinks, so you won't outgrow your corset in reverse.
