I received a wrong/defective item

Garments purchased from Hourglass Angel have a 30 day warranty for manufacturer defects, if your order qualifies we will honor a replacement for the garment. In the event something is wrong with your order, email us at info@hourglassangel.com.

Refunds/Exchanges

All orders are ineligible for a refund. Exchanges within 30 days are allowed with the appropriate return form and a shipping label purchased by the customer. Items must be unworn, unused, unstained, unwashed, with all tags in original packaging, no odors, no animal or pet hair and no stretch marks. A store credit will be applied for the amount of your original order. If your original order was under $85, an additional $5 shipping credit will be applied to cover flat rate shipping on your new order. Orders $85 and above already qualify for free shipping. Please note clearance items marked as final sale are ineligible for an exchange.
