If you are purchasing a Belly Bandit® early on in your pregnancy, your best bet is to go up 1 to 2 band sizes from your pre-pregnancy belly size.
In the eighth month many women will be the same size as they will be post delivery. Simply measure the part of your tummy that is the biggest all the way around your abdomen, which is usually at the belly button. Choose the corresponding band for your size on the size chart below:

I think this would have been a great belly binder for post partum except the size I bought per their sizing chart was too big. I wore it less than a week and couldn't return it due to their return policy that it can't be worn at all to return or exchange. So $70 is sitting on my ottoman and no compression is on my abdomen. I think they should consider the sizing dilemma and allow women to return the bands for a different size. Cut us a break we just had a baby! Oh, and it bunches up A LOT when you sit, bend over, etc. I was constantly having to pull it down in the back. I bought the Bamboo one by the way.Date published: 2014-04-04
