I received a wrong/defective item

Garments purchased from Hourglass Angel have a 30 day warranty for manufacturer defects, if your order qualifies we will honor a replacement for the garment. In the event something is wrong with your order, email us at info@hourglassangel.com.

Refunds/Exchanges

All orders are ineligible for a refund. Exchanges within 30 days are allowed with the appropriate return form and a shipping label purchased by the customer. Items must be unworn, unused, unstained, unwashed, with all tags in original packaging, no odors, no animal or pet hair and no stretch marks. Please note clearance items marked as final sale are ineligible for an exchange.
