How do I choose the best shapewear or cincher for me?

There are a few steps to figuring out which shapewear or cincher is best for your shape:

1. How do you want to use the shapewear or product (everyday wear, for a dress up occasion, working out)? The first step to flattering your figure is know how long you'll be wearing the product and with what clothes.

2. Look at the shapewear and cincher pictures to see which items think would fit discreetly under your outfit.

3. Read the product descriptions and match them to the results you’d like to achieve: reduced waistline, raised bustline, slimmer hips, firmer and raised butt.

4. Order the product that best fits your needs.

I recently gave birth. How long should I wait before wearing a body shaper?

Congratulations! You can typically wear a cincher as soon as one week after giving birth. If you had a c-section, it is often advisable to wait two weeks. Every body is different, so please consult a doctor for a professional opinion.

Is it safe to wear shapewear?

Absolutely! Hourglass Angel supports healthy use of shapewear for lifting, enhancing & supporting natural curves while toning muscles, trimming inches, burning fat and weight loss. Good quality shapewear is as safe as wearing any other type of quality tight fitting clothing so long as you are wearing the right size. As with all forms of fitness and weight loss, your muscles (which are constantly working while wearing shapewear, and part of what makes shapewear effective) do need time to rest and your skin needs time to breathe. Our vests, cinchers, corsets & girdles are designed to be snug but comfortable even when worn safely and comfortably, up to 8 hours a day.

How can I pay for my orders?

You may pay with a debit or credit card. Your card will be charged within 5 business days of shipping your product. You may also order by phone Monday-Friday, 9am to 5:30pm CST. Our phone number is 877-442-4530. You may also send a money order to the following address along with a filled out Offline Order Form:

Please make the money order for the total amount of the products purchased and add an additional $10 for UPS ground shipping. Your order will be shipped as soon as payment clears which can take between 3-4 weeks.

How long does it take to receive my order?

If we have it in stock, it usually takes between 2 and 7 business days depending on your proximity to Chicago.

For UPS Ground shipping, please allow 2 to 5 business days to receive your order. We will ship the order the same day if we receive it on a business day before 11:30am CST. You can get a more accurate shipping time by entering the 60804 zip code into the UPS ground map: click here for map.

If you ordered next day or second day delivery, your item will arrive either the next business day or the second business day after shipment. Please note that if you ordered after 11:30am CST, your order will not be shipped until the next business day.

What do I do if I want to make an exchange?

We will exchange shapewear or cinchers within 30 days of purchase. We only ask that you return the item unharmed, unused, and in the original condition in which it was received. Free exchanges are limited to one per order. To exchange an item, email us at returns@hourglassangel.com to request a shipping label. Your email should include the following information:

1. Your order number
2. Your FIRST and LAST name
3. The reason you are requesting a return.

After we receive your request, a shipping label will be emailed to you. If you need a return label, please request it immediately, so that you may return your item to us within the permitted time frame. Follow the instructions on the label and your exchange will be returned via standard shipping. Express shipping may be requested at the time of return for an additional cost. If you return your item through another method, we strongly recommend choosing an insured, traceable method so that you can make a claim with your carrier in the event that it is misplaced in transit. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Free exchanges do not apply to closeout items. All closeout items are clearly marked on the product page with the caption "This item is on final closeout. I want to return my order. What can I do?

p>You can exchange your order for another product of equal or lesser value. You can also return the item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund if the item is unharmed, unused, and in the original condition in which it was received (we cannot refund shipping). Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive and process your return. You can expect a refund within 30 days of when we receive your return. We'll credit or refund the value of the merchandise total minus a shipping fee if you request a return label via returns@hourglassangel.com. If you need or want to request a return label, your email should include the following information:

 

1. Your order number
2. Your FIRST and LAST name
3. The reason you are requesting a return.

 

When we receive your request, we will email you a return label.

Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase.

But remember, If an item is sent back for a refund with our return label, a fee of $9.45 will be deducted from the amount of money returned for your order. You are welcome to ship the return yourself, but please choose an insured, traceable method so that you can make a claim with your carrier in the event of items being misplaced in transit. If more than 30 days have passed since your package shipped and you would like to exchange/refund any of your items, we reserve the right to accept or refuse them.

I want to cancel my order. What can I do?

If you wish to cancel your order please contact customer service at 877-442-4530, M-F from 9AM to 5:30PM CST. If customer service is not available send an email requesting an order cancellation to info@hourglassangel.com. Your order will be considered canceled once you receive confirmation from Hourglass Angel. If your order has already been shipped and you would like to cancel your order, the shipping fees will be deducted from the refund credit amount.

What do I do if I haven't received my package?

All orders placed with Hourglass Angel are provided with a tracking number. If you have not received your package, you have 14 days to contact us after the tracking information shows that it has been delivered. We will then further investigate your claim.

International orders (Outside of the USA)

HourglassAngel.com proudly fulfills international orders though GlobalShopex.com. Just shop as you normally would using the Hourglass Angel website and shopping cart. At the time of checkout, choose the international option, which will take you to the GlobalShopex shopping cart. GlobalShopex is able to accept with international credit cards, PayPal, Money Gram, or bank wire transfers and guarantees delivery just like Hourglass Angel. Which countries do you ship to?

International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from HourGlassAngel.com. Our third party vendor, GlobalShopex.com, will ship to all destinations around the world.
