Interview: 'Perfect Curves' – How a New York Model Uses Waist Training to Enhance Her Figure

Ruby is a New York model who understands the importance of body image. When she's in front of the camera, she needs to look her best. But that means working even harder at maintaining her figure during her free time. Her biggest obstacle: reducing that pesky water weight around her belly. After other methods did nothing, she finally found a solution that worked: waist training. In a recent interview, she revealed how waist training helped to slim her midsection and reduce her weight when combined with a low-carb diet.

  1. Tell us a little about yourself.

I'm charismatic and I love life. I'm currently working as a model, living in New York. I love to read. I also love the outdoors.

  1. Why did you decide to try waist training?

I decided to try waist training to enhance my natural curves. My tummy is my trouble area and I have a lot of water weight in that area.

  1. What garments did you use, and why?

I chose to use the Core Slim Latex Waist Trainer with zipper because I liked that it made the belly area so flat.

  1. What were your first impressions?

When I put it on for the first time, it was surprisingly more comfortable than I thought it would be. I felt good and resumed my normal daily activities. I did have to use a mirror to put the garment on each time.

  1. What was your waist training routine?

I would wear the garment for several hours a day after my morning shower. I then began to incorporate the slimming gel in my routine and that gave me even better results! Over time I did increase usage, and I also wore the garment during workouts.

  1. Did the garment meet your goals and expectations? How so?

The garment exceeded my goals and expectations. I have tried other brands and they were too uncomfortable to continue use, but this garment is lightweight, breathable, and I can move very comfortably. I have received many compliments on my new curves!

  1. Describe your diet & fitness habits during your waist training journey.

I stayed on a low carb diet, and I have lost 7 pounds during my waist training journey!

  1. Has anyone else noticed your results?

Yes, I have received so many compliments, people always say I have the perfect curves, and I'm proportionate as well.

  1. What would you say to others who are thinking about trying waist training?

I would say that they should definitely try it! And find the right garment for them, because that is so important.
