How can I pay for my orders?
You may pay with a debit or credit card as well as with your Paypal or Amazon Pay account. Your card will be charged within 3-5 business days of shipping your product. You may also order by phone M-F from 8AM to 4PM CST. Our phone number is (877) 442-4530.

Do you store credit card information on file?
For security, we do not store your credit card information on file. If you make an exchange for a more expensive item, we will contact you to retrieve payment (the difference).
How do I place an order online?
Ordering on Hourglass Angel is quick and easy.
- To add an item to your Shopping Bag, simply click on "Add to Cart” from the product page.
- To view the items in your Shopping Bag click on the Shopping Bag icon in the upper right corner of the page.
- To remove an item from your Shopping Bag, click the wastebasket icon located to the right of the product in your bag. Your Shopping Bag will automatically recalculate your total.
- To change the quantity of an item in your Shopping Bag, click "edit" located underneath the quantity.
- Click on “Proceed to Checkout” to complete your purchase.
I am having problems with checkout. What can I do?
No problem! Just call us toll-free at 877-442-4530 and one of our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you.
I received a confirmation email. What is it?
This is a confirmation of your order – think of it like a receipt. It confirms that your order was successfully submitted. The email includes the details of your purchase, including your order number, the products you purchased, order tracking numbers, etc. Hold onto this email for your records.
How do packages appear when shipped?
We respect your privacy and send all packages discreetly in plain packaging. There are no stickers or promotional slogans on the packaging other than those of the post carrier or delivery company.
I would like to cancel my order. What can I do?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact customer service at 877-442-4530, M-F from 8AM to 4PM CST. If customer service is not available send an email requesting an order cancellation to firstname.lastname@example.org. Your order will be considered canceled once you receive confirmation from Hourglass Angel. If your order has already been shipped and you would like to cancel your order, the shipping fees will be deducted from the refund credit amount.
How can I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order by entering your order number, email address, and zip code below.
Part of my order is backordered. Will you ship what you have or will I have to wait for the entire order to be available?
We will ship the portion of your order that is in stock and issue a shipping confirmation and tracking number. We will inform you of the item(s) on backorder and there will be no additional shipping fee for your backordered item, when it becomes available
Can I make a change to a backordered item in my order?
To make changes to backordered items, please call (877) 442-4530 and we will do our best to assist you. Please keep in mind that making changes to or canceling a backorder may adjust any qualifying special offers or promotional offers that you may have received in the original purchase.
My order has shipped but I can’t track it. How can I find out where it is?
Tracking information may not be available for the first 24 to 48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email. If 48 hours have passed and you're still unable to track your order, please call us toll free at (877) 442-4530 M-F from 8AM to 4PM CST. Hourglass Angel packages typically arrive between two to seven business days. For expedited shipping, an order must be placed before 12pm CST and it will be shipped the same day. If you place your order after that time, the package will be shipped early the following day.
Does Hourglass Angel ship internationally?
Yes! Change the ship to country at the top right hand of any page on the site. The product/s added to purchase will take you to the i-Parcel shopping cart. i-Parcel guarantees delivery just like Hourglass Angel.
How do I return/exchange an item?
To request a free return or exchange, first locate your order here. You'll need your order number, email address and zip code. As long as your order has already been delivered, you'll see the option to “Start Return.” Click that and follow the instructions to process your return or exchange. See our return policy for details.
International orders have a different return process and do not qualify for free returns or exchanges, please view our international orders return/exchange procedures.
How soon will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
I ordered on a weekend and/or holiday. When will my order be processed?
Orders placed on holidays, Saturdays or Sundays will be processed the following business day.
What if I ordered with expedited shipping?
If you have purchased overnight or 2-day shipping and placed your order before 12pm CST, it will be shipped the same business day. If the order was placed after 12pm CST or on a weekend/holiday, it will be processed the next business day
How long does it take to receive my order?
If your order is in stock, it usually takes between 2 and 7 business days depending on your proximity to Chicago.
For UPS Ground shipping, please allow 2 to 5 business days to receive your order. We will ship the order the same day if we receive it on a business day before 12pm CST. You can get a more accurate shipping time by entering the 60804 zip code into the UPS ground map: click here for map.
If you ordered next day or second day delivery, your item will arrive either the next business day or the second business day after shipment. Please note that if you ordered after 12pm CST, your order will not be shipped until the next business day.

How can I find out where my package is?
Once your order has been billed you will receive a shipment confirmation email that confirms that your order has been shipped from our Distribution Center. You can check the status of your order by entering your order number, email address, and zip code below.
My package is showing as delivered, but I did not receive it. What should I do?
If your tracking information says the package was "delivered," first double-check the area where the carrier would have left it. Ask neighbors too in case the package was dropped at the wrong door. Also, look for any "attempted delivery" notices, which means the carrier tried to deliver it, but no one was home. If you still don't see anything, wait until the end of the next day, because some carriers' electronic systems may show the package as delivered, even when it's still on the way. Still no luck? Call the carrier with your tracking number for more information.

I just had a baby. How long should I wait until I use your products?
Congratulations! You can typically wear a cincher as soon as one week after giving birth. If you had a c-section, it is often advisable to wait two weeks. Every body is different, so please consult a doctor for a professional opinion.
I'm seeing words I don't understand – what do they mean?
Shapers and intimate apparel are described with a range of technical terms that can be confusing at first glance. Use our glossary to help decode what it all means and make your shopping even easier.
What do the icons mean that appear on shapewear products? Which is right for me?
Since every woman has her own shapewear needs, we use these indicators to show the level of compression and results provided by each garment, in addition to the body types they're designed to enhance.
I need more control, should I go down a size?
No, a smaller size won't fit right and may be painful – ouch! Shapewear comes in different levels of control: minimal control, slight control, moderate control, strong control, and maximum control. Instead of going down a size, go up a control level. This will ensure your shapewear provides the support you need and stays comfortable too.
How do I know which size to buy?
You can use our Size Chart for a quick glance at the recommended measurements for each size. Each product has it's own sizing and it's best to review the size chart on each product page. What size should I select if I plan on losing weight?
Our shapewear will mold to your body, so we recommend selecting a shaper based on your current size. Remember that our shapewear can make you look up to 2 dress sizes smaller instantly, depending on the compression level – but it shouldn't cause discomfort.
You can check our Size Chart for a quick glance at recommended measurements. We recommend you go up a size if you experience numbness in the legs, shortness of break, sharp stomach pains or pinching.
What are my measurements?
Review our Measuring Instructions on our Sizing Page to learn the right way to measure your bust, waist and hips. It's easy – all you need is a cloth or vinyl body-measuring tape. And if you don't have either, simply print and put together your own measuring tape, click here to download.
I'm in between sizes. What should I do?
We understand, not all bodies are the same! You can also use our Size Chart & Measuring Instructions to see recommended measurements for each size. If you're outside the lines, don't worry. Here are some simple tips to help you select the right shapewear:
- Never size down! Our shapewear is designed to slim and smooth, so picking a size too small will cause bulges and discomfort.
